Shauleen brings over a decade of expertise in regulatory compliance and technology-driven solutions within the mortgage servicing industry. Shauleen holds certifications in Mortgage Banking I and II from the Mortgage Bankers Association and is a Certified MISMO Standards Professional (AMSP). Throughout her career, Shauleen has led multiple lines of business, enhancing process quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance. She has successfully streamlined software integrations to improve efficiency and communication, elevating the client experience.
