BACK TO OUR PRACTICE AREAS

Kluever Law Group’s Real Estate practice group represents clients involved in all manner of real estate transactions. Our attorneys operate according to the commonsense, but surprisingly unusual principle that our role is to help our clients achieve their goals by getting to the finish line at a reasonable cost. We believe that legal matters must serve the business as a whole—not the other way around.

Our real estate practice group represents small to mid-sized businesses, including real estate developers and entrepreneurs. Their real estate dealings involve a broad range of situations—including buying and selling real estate, financial services litigation, commercial, retail and industrial space leasing, construction contracts, and financing.

As a team, we have counseled our myriad clients on numerous projects over many years. We view our role to help our clients complete transactions in accordance with their desired timeframe as efficiently as possible. To us, this means above all not overplaying our hand as attorneys. Instead, we take a real-world approach to each engagement, working to advance the deal and our client’s interests.
