Kluever & Platt Obtains Full Payment of Mechanics Lien Claim
Kluever & Platt successfully represented a contractor seeking recovery of all amounts it was owed by not only obtaining payment of the full contract amount, but also by recovering 18% interest on all unpaid sums and all attorneys' fees incurred by the contractor, which totaled approximately $225,000.
